After completing a degree with top marks in economics at the Bocconi University in Milan he went on to complete a Masters Degree in corporate tax law, also at Bocconi University (CERTI).

After passing the state exam in 2005, he registered as Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor.

He worked for a leading firm as a tax advisor for both Italian and international companies and,  from  2006 al 2018, was part of the Studio Caramanti Ticozzi & Partners in Milan, where he was made a partner in 2008 and worked mainly as a tax consultant primarily for multinational companies.

He is a founding partner of the Studio Associato di Consulenza Tributaria e Societaria “CTES Advisors” and he is mainly engaged in the following professional activities:

• Tax planning
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate restructuring
• Banking and insurance
• A member of the Boards of Statutory auditors for financial and industrial companies;
• A member of boards of directors
• Congruity assessments and evaluations of complex assets
• Fiscal due diligence
• Non-profit entities

He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and  Supervisory Boards of national and international groups.
